Is there a USB bluetooth dongle that plays nice with Mac, meaning fully functional with airdrop ect.?

I have my Macpro (2019) in a machine "room" that is about 15 feet away and the bluetooth connects but the mouse tends to slightly jump across the screen, keyboard and mouse never lose connection but being its in a closet that is fully insulated, it is cause some stuttering.

I found some random dongles that require you to put sudo comands into terminal (sudo nvram bluetoothHostControllerSwitchBehavior=always) and then restart to make them functional but I think this means I lose airdrop which I use often between my iPad and laptop to transfer files.

I have a thunderbolt 3 line ran to my desk and a hub that has multiple ports so being able to plug in a dongle there would be perfect.

Thanks
