Had new X for about 5 weeks and developed a problem. Used phone extensively on Bluetooth both car hands free and bose wireless ear buds

Works perfectly when playing audiobooks. Problem is when having long telephone calls on wireless. After about 10 minutes of talking it starts acting like it’s in a very poor cellular area with only every other word being sent and received, the when the phone has 4 bars. It lasts for a couple of minutes then back to normal and it starts again after 5-10 minutes same cycle

Finally tracked problem using Bose headphones, I noticed it saying phone disconnected and immediately saying phone connected. Speakerphone system did say anything, not smart enough

Took it into Apple and they wiped it and did a fresh iOS install setup as a new phone. When out and tested it and problem reoccurred on both nose and car hands free

Apple then replaced phone with a new unit

Helps being an engineer and developer. Problem appears it maybe be hardware or iOS power monitoring problem. Since it only occurs when using both Bluetooth and making cell call for an extended period of time. Problem does not show up on Apple diagnostics since it take some time to reach heat/power cutoff to Bluetooth

Problem occurs whether phone on charger or off charger, whether in car or walking on Bose headphones
