I want to be able to listen to books and music without using headphones. I can't stand wires. I had a bluetooth set from a verizon phone I tried it is an LG. I turned on the bluetooth under settings, it recognized the headset, I paired them and then went to a book I was listening to and it played through the internal speaker not the headset. When I push the on button on the headset the voice control comes up and it said say "play music" so I did and it did play music but again through the internal speaker and nothing came through the headset.
I tried again with a plantronics headset my friend used with his iphone 4G and it worked with that so we thought it would work with the Ipod. It didn't even find it so that didn't work either.
Any suggestions as to how to get around using headphones while out walking with my Ipod touch? Maybe there is a certain one that works. Help!
