On iOS 13.5.1, iPhone XR, Anker Soundbuds Curve (new) bluetooth headset. I always have my ringer volume set low so that when my alarm goes off in the morning it's fairly quiet and doesn't freak me out. Lately though I started having problems sleeping, so I've been going to bed with my bluetooth headset on. What's weird is that I noticed when i paired it (i think) that both the media volume AND ringer volume appeared on screen for a moment and appeared to change. When I checked my ringer volume, it looked like it was still set low. But the past few mornings, the alarm sound (coming from the phone itself) is LOUD despite the ringer volume appearing to be just at 3.

Anyone know of any weird uncontrollable interaction between bluetooth headsets and ringer volume?
