Is there a way to transfer files (photos, notes) by bluetooth from iPhone or MacBook to a PC running Windows 10?

iPhone: says paired in both the phone and PC. But nothing is detected when selecting to receive a file on the PC, and I don't see a send via bluetooth option on the phone. Tried re-pairing.

MacBook Air: shows up as an available connection on the PC and vice versa, but disconnects immediately after connecting, preventing file transmission.

I do it the old fashioned way. Send file or photo to the Mac from iPhone either with AirDrop or iCloud, then copy the files to a USB thumb drive and then plug the USB thumb drive into the PC to copy files over. Guaranteed to work every time

If they are connected to the same local network you can use sendanywhere or snapdrop.net in the browser on both ends.
