I've been using the same bluetooth speaker for two years, first time running into this problem.
For example:
at 00.08 and 00.10 there's a high pitched melody and I hear it way turned down. I connected the speaker to my phone, it works normally. It works normally when it's connected via cable too.
I deleted com.apple.Bluetooth.plist, I reset PRAM, SMC, bluetooth module, the speaker itself. Nothing worked. I checked and it still uses the aptX codec. When I use Macbook's own speakers it plays normally. I tried another bluetooth speaker and it also works normally. What might be the problem?
Edit: It was just audio balance, somehow it was on the right side, when I put it in the middle it started to work normally.
