I just wondered if there are any other cheapskates like myself who bought the $25 unlimited plan and now are having issues do to Boost being down?

Pretty unhappy with them since I made the switch. Cell coverage is okay but certain features don't work like wifi calling.

Also not being able to use their app or website or get any customer support for 5 days and counting is the worst experience I have dealt with and I have dealt with a lot.

Anyone have any idea when they might get up and running again?

Boost continues to impress on how bad customer service can be.

Two weeks and still no access to my account.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service in all the years of using wireless service.

Filled a complaint with FCC 2 days ago. We will see if anything happens now.

I just want a port out pin. Never again Boost. Never again. Well, unless it is free unlimited on a second line. Lol
