Boot Camp Assistant cannot be used

I have a Mac Pro 2009 flashed to 2010 running El Capitan. Trying to install Boot Camp and getting the "Boot Camp Assistant cannot be used, this Mac does not support Boot Camp" error message. Anyone has any ideas to fix this?

Did you get any help with this? I'm getting the same message.
