sorry about the title, not all that clear!
i have an old LaCie External Hard drive amd have installed Mac OS X 10.3.9 on there. I want this to be mirrored by my main machine, (see sig) also 10.3.9. I want this hard drive to copy all my data and settings etc, everytime i plug it in, a bit like an iPod. I tried using iSync but it wouldn't even open, just bounced in the dock once and was still!!
does any one know of a 3rd party Hard drive Syncer.
One More thing.... (nothing exciting!)
also when i booted from my Internal Hard drive after i had booted off my LaCie, it stuffed up all my settings! it had the default desktop image, dock etc, it didnt take long to fix, i had to reimport all my music into iTunes, update my dock and reset all the settings but why did it do it?
