General Bright House auto login wifi won't work

I am a bright house customer and use to be that once I signed into my account, citywide wherever it worked, it automatically put me on their wifi cause I logged in the first time.


Now it makes me log in to the homepage every time before it connects, why is this? did anyone else notice?

This appears to be nothing to do with iOS.

Has it occurred to you to contact Bright House and ask them?

I am the Forums Manager for Bright House Networks. To confirm you are referring to our wifi hotspots correct? If so also to confirm you are using the same device each time?
