BSOD after sleep

I'm running Windows 10 on a Macbook Pro from 2011. Everything works fine except for one thing: when I put the machine on sleep mode and I wake it from that state, I get a BOSD (critical process died).

I've seen that this problem is very common but I did not find any solution so far. Is there an actual solution to this issue?
