Buetooth headphones into bluetooth transfer

Because we can use a bluetooth transmitter for bluetooth headphones couldnt someone make an app for installer.app and it could let us send stuff and it could be like a file browser or something to send songs and more also connnect to the computer using bluetooth not wifi! ?

Ignoring the fact that bumping posts is against forum rules, there's no way this can ever work: The bluetooth transmitters take audio output and then transmit it over bluetooth. They do not add bluetooth capabilities to the device and couldn't be modified to do so
