iPhone 6(S)/Plus Burnt components during display replacement iPhone 6s

Hello, I just replaced display on my iPhone 6s Plus and I did not disconnect battery and then I found that some components were burnt after finish. There is problem with display shadow in top left corner. Do you think it is just problem in these components or it is also damage backlight IC? Thanks

Doesn't look good, you could try a different display but I'd say you might want to think about a newer phone..
