Got a call from the business team last week from my local Apple store, they said they're preorder on my behalf. So I decided to let them do it. But no confirmation emails so far. Bit concerned I'm now at the back of the queue with no order in. Anybody else in the same boat? Just wondering if this delay in communication might be normal. (Wouldn't normally be that bothered but my wife has bashed in both sides of her X and needs my 11 Pro to replace it.)
