Is anyone else experiencing buttons disappearing?

And not only buttons, but icons, and wallpapers' icons in Mission control... pretty a mess at the moment.

I also have the same issue but I've only seen it in Spotify so I'm guessing it has to do with the custom window they're using.

That's been standard since 10.12. Mouse over them to get the desktop snapshot to show.
