iPhone 13 Pro Buying Advice iPhone 13 pro and iPhone 14

i dont like the Desert Island and have not followed all the developments about the phones in the past.
Would you recommend me to buy an iPhone 13pro or iPhone 14 not pro.
I currently have a iphone 11pro.
I dont need the latest stuff any more....
