Buzz and crash

I have a 2016 Macbook pro. I took a screenshot of my mac information.

I have an issue where my mac buzzes for half a second, crashes, and then restarts. This usually happens while I am using FCPX or Compressor. Anyone know how to fix this?

Open the Console app and see what the crash reports.
