I got a Viewfinity S9 at work and wanted to try out the calibration feature. Finding the whole Samsung smart hub thing a little confusion but got it added to the SmartThings app on my iPhone, at least so much as I can use my iPhone as a remote control. The next thing I try is go to the picture settings and down to the calibration option only to find it greyed out. Am I missing a step here? What more do I need to do?
