My Apple Watch only shows a grey screen during incoming and outgoing calls, even if the contact has a picture or even a contact poster. The image is shown in the contacts app (even on the watch itself) but not during the call. I’ll attach two images showing this.
What I want is that these contact images are also shown during the call and especially for incoming calls, like it is shown on the Apple support page here: https://support.apple.com/en-asia/guide/watch-ultra/apdc38d7a95e/watchos
I know this is possible as it works for a friend of mine, but we couldn’t figure out why it works for him and not for me. His watch even shows full screen contact posters on incoming calls.
I hope someone here can help me as Apple support was utterly useless.
