Are camera effects within messages only available on the iPhone X? I am running the public beta on an iPad mini 4 and don’t see the effects option once a picture is taken within messages. I understand not having memojis, but can’t imagine the rest requires a high performance chip?

Interesting. Maybe 7’s and up on the iPhone. Wondering where the iPad cutoffs are. Oh well. Would’ve been nice to have, but if it runs with slow animations I can do without.
