Is there any app working in High Sierra for changing setting of Camera?

I use camera in Mac (27-inch, Mid 2011) for video conferencing by web-services (google meet, etc..), and i need limit the view of the camera lens. May be by zoom or other settings.
All camera settings apps, i have used, couldn't run in High Sierra, it need 10.14+ macOS.
