Preview flashes, as if it has taken a photo
Nothing happens
Several seconds later a 3 second video turns up in Photos

Weird - anyone ever had this?

When you search for this topic people say “it is just Live Photo is turn on” Live Photo is turned on but the phone has saved the clips (taken on photo setting) as videos not photos in error so I can’t get a still shot.

I never found a solution apart from upgrading to a new phone.
