Resolved Can a poll (NPS) remain open whilst discussion is temporarily closed?

Moderators, please: is it possible to temporarily lock discussion whilst keeping open a poll?

A Net Promoter Score (NPS) poll might easily be spoilt, prejudiced, if there's an overt indication (within a post) of how the results may be interpreted.

No, I think that when a thread is closed, the poll is inaccessible as well. Its a software limitation.
