If I buy a ASD can I daisy chain 2 Dell's so 1 cable from a Dell to ASD and then another cable from 1 Dell to another Dell?

No.

The ASD does not have a second (downstream) Thunderbolt port, and daisy-chaining two DisplayPort monitors isn't supported on macOS either.
