Ok, so I know that two of the same gpu works well in fcp on a Mac Pro.
how about 3 or 4 of the same, like resolve supports?
let’s say 2x Vega ii duo for 4 gpu, will fcp use them or just 2?
i know resolve can use even more different gpus with varying results, for example I tested two Vega ii together with 2 6900 xt, for a total of 4, and generally gave me faster export times.
it didn’t work in fcp, but I wonder if all 4 were the same, if it would.
it also seems to ignore the render gpu choice in options, seems to work with the display gpu always. So even 2 different don’t work, has to be the same 2
