Can I asserting the warranty on a Mac with different iCloud e-mail?

So, for reasons I can't explain here, I need to use a different iCloud account than the one I used to buy it online. Is it problematic to assert the warranty or AppleCare+ in case of problem? Thanks.

Call Apple and give them the serial number and ask them
