Resolved Can I move only files and data from a user account to a new mac

I just got a new Mac, and I want to transfer files from my user account on my desktop Mac. The desktop is a shared computer; therefore, it has multiple user accounts. I only want my files and data to be transferred to the new Mac. Can I do this using Migration Assistant? If so, then how?
