can I sync my OSX Mail folders w Mobile Me mail?

I use a MacBookPro and am considering an iMac for home. I use OSX Mail on my MBP for my email now. So I have all my mail in one place when switching between my MBP and iMac, I'm considering using MM Mail as my main email source.

Can I sync my OSX Mail on my MBP with MM Mail so that so that all my folders and archived messages come over to MM Mail?
