After running a while, my cursor become unusual.
Ventura 13.0 Beta 22A5365d, MBP 14' with m1pro.
Memory, CPU stat seems good.

I didn't see anything weird. The video was short and the cursor movements were too quick.

It should be smoothly wipe from one to another icon but in the video it stuck in the first icon, and the bar didn't show any change.

I guess I can't tell because the cursor has to track the movement of your finger on a trackpad or the movement of a mouse. The video doesn't show what's being commanded of the cursor. I don't know how you would show that. But it's ok after a reboot? Does simply logging out and back in fix it too? Is the CPU busy doing something else? My cursor will become jerky if the machine is running an intense task that saturates I/O.
