Hi MacRumors,

I hope you’re all well

I haven’t tested this since updating to iOS 14 - but I can no longer use my HomePod as a loudspeaker in FaceTime Video calls.

When I make a FaceTime audio/Phone call and push the speaker button I get the option to handoff to the HomePod. Where as in a FaceTime video call I don’t have the option. (See screenshots) it used to work in iOS 13, but I’ve not tried it since the update or moving to my iPhone 12 Pro.

Could someone else test it for me? The apple support article doesn’t specifically reference FaceTime Video calls.

Sam
