Today, I ordered a laptop backpack and an iLap from Apple's website. I accidentally ordered the wrong size iLap and I tried to cancel the order. I placed the order online and I paid with a giftcard. I cancelled it, and I got my confirmation e-mail. I waited about an hour, and I tried again. The balance of my gift card was $0.00. I called them and they said that it would take 3 days to put the balance back onto the gift card.
