Apple TV Cannot contact Apple Update Server

Been trying to use Seas0nPass to jailbreak an Apple TV 2 I recently picked up.
I've followed the instruction but after opening iTunes, it extracts the software update at which point I get an error window that states it cannot update Apple TV because the update server cannot be contacted and to try again later.

Tried several times using two different macs and two different versions of iTunes (10.7 and 11) and same issue.

Thanks for any help,you can provide!
