Resolved Cannot Unhide the Library Folder

Hi, My main Library folder got hidden somehow and I can't unhide it with chflags nohidden command. Apparently it doesn't work correctly in Mojave? Anybody could help me here? 10.14.6. Thanks

Couldn't figure it out. Logged into a different OS and used it to recreate the Library folder, moved the content of the original one and deleted it. Works.
