Apple Music Can't add track to playlist?

I've just added a music track from my MacBook to Apple Music, but when trying to add it to my playlist called 'Drive', it says only music that's in the cloud can be added to my playlist. Does that mean my Apple Music lives in the cloud?

I've added tracks before ok from my MacBook, so Im not sure why I now can't add this particular track.

Why can't a track from my MacBook be added to my playlist? Any suggestions please?
