Apple Pay Can't change card / contact info when using Apple Pay on MacBook

Like the thread title says - whenever I'm using Apple Pay those little arrows that should allow me to use different card or change delivery address / phone number are completely unresponsive. I can proceed with payment by using Touch ID, but in order to use different card I have to change default card in system settings. Has anyone had this problem?

I'm using M1 Max 16" MacBook Pro with Safari 16.3 (18614.4.6.1.5).
