cant connect to games

my problem is that i lag like crazy when i play online games. I hav an imac but i play the games on windows. My router says my internet connection is excellent but i still lag alot. ne1 hav suggestions.

Wired or wireless connection to router? If wireless, maybe try wired.

Does anything else seem slow to respond? Ever watch Netflix or trailers online?

im using a linksys router and wireless connection. I've seem online clips and trailers with no problem, and my internet is still running fast. Its when i play WOW that the problem occurs. i log onto my guy and cant even play bc the connection is horrible. I've played wow on OSX and it ran great but i cant play it on windows for some reason.

Doesn't appear to be a connection problem then, something on Windows. And I don't know that this is the right forum for windows gaming help. But you never know.

well, apparently i never activated windows yet, do u think this has ne thing to do with my connection?
