Can't download App Store Apps

Just did a clean install.

Now trying to download apps from my purchased section. I press the download button but nothing happens.

I've also tried searching for the app itself within the store and press install - this doesn't work either.

Anyone having the same issue?

I think the notes said u have to sign out and back in to your account

I tried and I am able to download apps with no issue. I'm on a15" MBP 2015.
