Can't Enable Apple Watch Auto-Unlock on DP2

I upgraded to DP2 with auto-unlock enabled, and it was disabled after the upgrade. Now, I can't re-enable it. Preferences simply tells me that it can't communicate with my Watch.

Couldn't sign out of iCloud. It was taking too long and was stuck at a spinning circle.
