Resolved Can't find specific software webcam app that I know exists

Hello,

I know this software exists, but I can't remember the name of it. It was a super simple software camera that let you add video sources, filters, etc. It sat in your menu bar. When you clicked on it, it opened up a really basic window with sources and effects in a pane on the left, and on the right was the stuff you had added.

Can anyone help me find this piece of software?
