I'm traveling, using my laptop (with a dodgy H key) instead of my main computer where I usually do my iPhone music set up.
Laptop: OS 10.9.5 Itunes 12.6
IPhone: iOs 11.4.1
I found a bunch of the music I put on my iPhone is showing up as multiple albums instead of the same. They were all tagged fully before putting them on.
I tried to hook up my iphone to the laptop...which is authorized on my account, and was trusted by the iPhone, to re-do te tags to fix te problem, but they are greyed out and I can't change things.
Is tis a laptop problem? An iTunes version problem? an iPhone problem? an Apple still has this all locked down because they think people steal music by sharring ipods problem? Or a I'm doing it wrong, problem?
