iPad Can't get split view on iPad Air 2 anymore?

Anyone seeing this issue? I was able to use split view on the iPad Air 2 in the earlier public betas but in the latest and GM, I no longer can do split app view on the iPad Air 2. I've downgraded back to 8.4.1, upgraded to 9.0 GM. Still can't seem to get it working.

Anyone else seeing this by any chance?

Make sure both apps are native or it won't split view.
