I had Elements for the trial period and I want to keep it, but my computer has Catalina 10.16.7
It seems like all they will give me the opportunity to buy is Elements 2023 which requires a higher number.
I'm petrified to change from this version of Catalina because terrible things happen every time I change the operating system version.
How can I get them to sell me the Elements version that is already in the computer, now that the trial period is over?
