I can't import pictures or documents using Mojave when I right click I will see my iPhone 10 but it is greyed out?

Have same problem. But also says the device not connected to wifi. In both cases the Apple support person I spoke with said that the engineers are working on the problem.
Thanks I was able to get it to connect to wifi by removing my old iPhone connections and creating a new connection took two times and after that I was able to connect to wifi, but still greyed out.
