... because it's currently not available from the Software Update Server...

I know silly question... but this is the message I get when trying to update my iOS devices with iOS 13.
Anyone with a tip to solve this error?
Install Xcode?

I installed Xcode 11 beta and created a new project and my iPhone is showing at the top of the Xcode window.

But I'm still getting this same error as you?

Edit: I forced restart twice and I now have iOS 13.0.

But iTunes still says I'm on iOS 12.3.1...
