iPhone Can't open apps

Im on iOS 13 beta 2, Ive had some minor bugs but nothing bigger and about now, I cant open any third party aplication. Idk what to do? Only preinstalled apps I can run. Everything crashes

I would assume you’ve rebooted? Seems to fix my issues when things bug up too much

Did, nothing. I even hard reset it, nothing. Every app crashes, but I solved it. Just uninstall one app and reinstall and everything works. Funny af
