I just started having this problem recently. I've purchased a bunch of movies in the past and with family sharing turned on, my son and daughter could download and watch movies I've purchased. I recently bought more movies. However this time when my daughter goes to download or watch a movie I purchased on her iPad, the download button is greyed out and if we press play, a pop up screen reads "There's a problem loading this content.
I've tried a bunch of things and everything on my family share setting seems correct, but I cannot for the life of me figure out why she's not able to load and watch the movies I purchased. Again, this is a recent phenomenon.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
