iPhone SE (2016) Can’t turn off answering with the speaker

I turned on my speaker last night so I could do some work while I was talking a CSR about something I ordered from their store.
Now it always answers in the speaker mode.

I have gone into accessibility/audio/auto speaker select in call and turned that off but to no avail.

Please help.

1) reboot the phone.
2) reset all settings

Hopefully, one of those two will fix your problem.
