iPhone Can’t use family plan for Apple Music as I have a different Icloud Account?

Hi so I have icloud in one account and App Store iTunes on another.

I had the individual Apple Music plan which I switched to family plan. Now when I add a member it says the id is already a family member of my icloud id it seems and won’t let me add.

Is there a fix for this mess or I’d have to switch icloud to my Apple Music id?
