MP 1,1-5,1 Can’t write to external disks in Fantec enclosure after installing PCI SSD

I use these drives as first level backup, I also have a cloud backup.

A few months ago I installed in my MacPro 5.1 a PCI SSD with Mojave (as the previous startup disk), and when I reconnected this enclosure after some time, I realized all HDs in it could no longer be written to.

When I try to change permissions, to allow anybody to write on them, I can unlock the pad with my username and PW but when I ask to change permissions for everybody it says I do not have the right permission. In principle according to what it shows, I should have permissions to write as main user.

Any idea?
