I purchased two Apple Watch Series 7 models last week. One for myself, and one for my Mom.
We're both newbies to the Apple Watch, but we're learning fast, and all of our apps work except for the Capital One Apple Watch app, which we both have. It won't log into the app no matter what each of us do. I spent an hour on the phone with Capital One Technical Support yesterday, but the person I spoke to didn't seem very knowledgeable about the Apple Watch, and had me try all kinds of things before finally telling me the problem was an Apple problem, and I needed to contact Apple Technical Support.
My question is this: Is anyone (particularly on the Apple Watch Series 7) having issues signing into the Capital One app on their Apple Watch?
